    是故心中无念

    无眼耳鼻舌身意
    无色声香味触法
     
    这几天过得不是很爽
    能量在哪里被卡住了
    不是因为某些事情
    而是因为能量行不顺才发生了这些事情
     
    从这一次到湖北开始就没有理顺自己的生活
    和往次来感觉不同了
    胡子说是因为我们换了屋子，人的状态都在调整
    也许还因为我的心态也悄悄的变化了吧

    我觉得认识你以来，最大的收获大概是，（啊，说这样的话好像很功利吧哈哈）学会对于自我的关注。
    而不是浑浑噩噩，不爽了不顺了也不知道是怎么回事儿。
    还有，有了问题就去正视，去面对，而不是漠视或逃避。
